Orders and Accounts

Why can't I see my order within my account?

  • We don't require customers to be registered and logged in when placing an order, it's entirely optional. If you have an account but can't see an order you've placed, you probably placed the order without logging in.
International Ordering
  • International orders are subject to extra verification. Many products we offer have dealer territories that restrict where we can ship their products.
  • Customers ordering items that we cannot ship to their area will be promptly contacted.
  • You may be liable to pay import duties and other taxes if you import goods into your country.  We are unable to offer tax advice or any other tax adjustments other than those provided by this website when checking out. 

Can I get a VAT receipt?

  • We now email every customer a VAT receipt automatically, please check your dispatch email for the attachment. A printable copy can also be found within your account if you placed your order while logged in.

Can I return an item?

  • Please see our returns page for details of our policy.

When will I receive a refund if I return an international delivery?

  • If you have returned the item to us, your credit or debit card will be credited within 14 days of you sending the returned item.

How do I make a complaint?

  • We do our very best to ensure that customers will not have a need to complain, however if we should fail you for any reason, we want to hear about it. Send an email to us at enquiries@hifiexpert.eu and we promise to respond within 5 working days. If you feel the response you receive is unsatisfactory, please contact our office for further assistance.

Products

Is an item brand new and boxed?

  • The vast majority of products we sell are brand new. Occasionally we'll have discounted non-new items (ex-demo) available. For all such items we specify the condition on the product information page and on the basket. 

Are all items offered at our online shop on stock at all times?

  • Not all products on our website are in stock at our store at all times ( For example - all finishes colors). In case of urgent collection and delivery, please inquire in advance by telephone or email and have the item of your choice reserved. Unfortunately, the hifiexprt.eu online shop does not resemble our factual inventory. 
  • If you're searching for an item that you think should be here at Hi-Fi expert eShop but can't seem to find, let us know. We'll do our best to get it for you!
  • Please note that we are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Will this product work with my existing item?

  • We can provide technical support for new and existing purchases. Please provide us with as much detail as you can, for example if you want to know if a particular bracket will fit your loudspeakers we'll need the specifications or model number.

Are you going to get more stock?

  • Everyday. Please sign up for a newsletter so not to miss out on any fantastic product we have got on offer. We add new products everyday but we run out of some items everyday too.


Out of stock items 

  • If the item you'd like is online but out of stock, then you can check availability in our shop by calling them, making sure you have the product details to hand. If your desired product is available then you can place an order over the phone or e-mail. You can then choose whether to pick up the item or have it delivered to you.


Do HIFI Expert's prices include VAT?

  • Yes, all prices stated on our website include VAT 20%.

Will you price match?

  • Our policy is simpler than most*. We'll match where we can, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
  • *Normally this would be a list of complex terms and exclusions, after you'd just been promised the earth.
