HOW TO ORDER. Easy steps for a safe transaction.

1) The buyer decide to buy a product and put it in the basket and contact us via email to confirm availability.
2) After all questions are answered and you have a total price, confirm your purchase.
3) After your confirmation, we provide any contracts required and agree on payment method and terms, an invoice (this is your legal agreement with us) will be sent to you by e-mail.
4) After fullpayment we send your product to you and provide you with tracking information.
5) If the payment is not made within 7 days, your order will be cancelled automatically.

To get a price offer, first you must register as a Customer (member) of HiFi Expert.eu, where you fill out the form below with your personal details and where you are located (Default Billing Address) so we can calculate finish price and shipping costs for you. Don't forget to mention your phone number, the shipper needs it in case of abscence.

On all purchases pre-payment is required ( by bank wire transfer). Sales in HiFi Expert .eu are only advance payment by bank transfer. After your order confirmation, we give you a written contract describing with the terms and details of the transaction - invoice (this is your legal agreement with us). After fullpayment we ship the ordered and prepayed product to you and provide you with tracking information .

All prices are in € (EUR) and include VAT 20%. Everything we ship, we insure and we know how to package it so it arrives safely. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates we will make a best effort to get you the merchandise as quickly as possible. We are using best services on the market and selected UPS and DPD to deliver your products fast and secure at your destination (home or working) address .

Complaints

All our products are new (we sell only new and unopened items) and always with a manufacturer's warranty, BUT : If it should happen that you get a faulty or defective goods, we rectify the fault as quickly as possible and will send to you correct / new product as soon as we receive the defective / faulty goods. We will pay your expenses for return shipping by depositing money directly into your bankaccount. If you order goods which are temporarily sold out, we notify the expected delivery date via email or telephone. If you no longer want the goods due to the extended delivery time, you can of course cancel it.
